The past 14 years I worked for a large international power utility on the east coast. Many days were spent remoting onto employee computers and showing them visually how to perform tasks in MS office; emphasis in Access & Excel. I was also the publisher of our IT newsletter with Office Tips & Tricks. During 2002, I received a certification from Syracuse University in Database Design & Creation.
