Alaina Burris
Hello! My name is Alaina Burris. This is my sixth semester on the Campus and my fifth semester as the Editor-in-Chief. Prior to the Campus, I was a three-year writer for my high school’s yearbook. Here at Ottawa, I’m a junior and am double majoring in Communications and English. I came to Ottawa on a bowling scholarship, so I am also a third-year member of the bowling team. Although I’m not involved in much, my education, the newspaper and bowling make everything in my life somewhat chaotic, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Go Braves!
Kylee Weber

Here at Ottawa University, I am a senior this semester. I am a communications major and am involved in several activities on campus. I came to Ottawa on a softball scholarship, I then joined the Optimist Club soon after. I was elected this year to be a part of the Ottawa University, SIGMA ALPHA ALPHA (honors society for academics). This year I decided to become a tutor for Communications to help other students. I have a busy schedule day in and day out but nothing can ever slow me down. I love being a student here at Ottawa, GO BRAVES!!!

A couple of things I’m a part of on campus: I’m a bowler, a Top-Scholar and an RA in Martin Hall. I couldn’t be more excited this year to be a part of this team!
Joslyn Banta
Hi there, my name is Joslyn Banta. I am a transfer student from the University of Missouri. This year I am a sophomore here at Ottawa University and I’m also a cheerleader. I have been writing stories for as long as I can remember; I also remember playing at home, what we called “Good Morning Banta’s,” which consisted of me reporting to my parents what was happening each day. Throughout my high school career, I wrote articles for my school's newspaper every week and reported on important news that was happening at my school. I am extremely excited to be able to write for the Campus and to be here at Ottawa University! Go Braves!
