Newspaper makes improvements

The Campus newspaper leaders are hoping to make some changes this year. Senior Amanda Roseberry was named editor-in-chief of at the end of last semester and senior Cyrus Oliver was named webmaster. “I’m looking forward to building camaraderie among the staff,” Roseberry said. Full story

Symons believes in squad

With a new head coach, the volleyball squad has been making big adjustments so far. Tom Symons, head coach, believes in the girls and feels they are headed in the right direction. “This year we’re looking to improve each day, and I think we are continuing to do that,” Symons expressed. Full story

Rooms receive changes

The number of students at Ottawa University is expected to stay around the same as a year ago. The fall 2008 semester brought in a total of 554 students. Housing at OU has been bursting the past few years. This year there are 345 students living in the dorms, all the dorms were close to being full at 90 percent capacity, with Bennett Hall being at 100 percent full. Full story
