If you ask me: Some new favors out of control

Now in general it's pretty hard to surprise or even disgust me.

I'm the girl who watched a Hoarders marathon while eating a bag of Cheddar and Sour Cream RUFFLES. Ok? I saw the video of my nephew being born while eating some cereal (man I miss Waffle Crisp). I pretty much have an iron stomach. BUT there are a few things that I can't deal with.

There have always been weird things like hamsters that I just assumed were myths. Now people are doing things that just…who thinks this stuff up?

Please tell me when it became cool to punch someone in the back of the neck while they are actively engaged in being very nice to you. Since when did "water sports" stop involving jet skis? What benefits come from a shower that is any color but clear or whatever color you identify with water? Also, tell me who agrees to or allows something so insane? I don't want to do anything that involves the word "donkey".

Don't ask, don't try it, don't even think about it because I'll know and it won't end well for you. Trust me.

The thing that really gets to me is something called a magician. I don't know if I can explain it here but it involves a blindfold and three people. One of the people isn't aware that there is a third person and then there is a switch.

Look, just Google it. After you do that let me know if it sounds like rape to you. Not just rape but gang rape. Allegedly people do this. Like it's funny or cool.What happened to the good old days where the worst thing that could happen required a shot of penicillin?

Now you can come out physically damaged and mentally/emotionally traumatized. I could make a lot of jokes about this. In fact I have and I will continue you to because it's just too easy. But there are serious elements here.

Are people really so hungry for acceptance that they will agree to be abused and degraded? Where are these women (and men) who have gone for this and pretended to like it? I say pretend because I don't believe that anyone could really like these things.

Call me close minded…you'd be wrong but that's your right. Who let someone do this to them and set up all these unrealistic expectations for the rest of us? Show yourselves!

The point here is this: I think we need to be a bit more observant and a lot more careful. This isn't your mother's America people. The world is not safe. There are a lot more creepers and they aren't always easily identifiable like they used to be. They got hip and stopped driving vans.

They shaved those creepy flesh colored beards and went to the gym. They may have even moved out of their mother's basement. Without some investigation it may be hard for you to see that they want to drop you in a hole and send lotion down to you in a bucket.

So please lets be smart enough and considerate enough to stop this madness. Its freaking me out and I don't need the stress.
