Rental Requirements:

• Good Credit standing based on Experian Credit Reporting Agency.

• No judgments, evictions, or collection accounts from any other apartment communities within the last forty eight (48) months. If collection is over forty eight (48) months, applicant must provide proof of settlement or payment arrangements.

• Income must be two (2) times the monthly rental amount.

• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year employment history with a minimum of six (6) months at the current employment.

• Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of good rental history.

• An additional security deposit of up to one (1) month’s rent may be required based on qualifications.

• All deposits, fees and first month’s rent must be in certified funds or paid online.

• Without a holding deposit, we cannot guarantee or reserve a Condo.

The total refundable pet deposit per pet $300. Non refundable pet fee per pet is $300. All refundable and non-refundable pet deposits/fees will be listed on your Lease Contract. No pet shall exceed a height of 18 inches paw to shoulder. No aggressive breeds are allowed. Size and breed approval will be determined by the on-site manager.
