Whether you are looking to experience the city's best restaurants, trendiest shops, and exciting nightlife, or whether you want a welcome respite to a busy schedule set in lush, green gardens under the palm trees, this is the 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental for you.

Enjoy 1,006 square feet (103.5 square meters) of urban comfort, featuring a queen master bed with full en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with either 2 twin beds or king conversion depending on your needs, a comfy roll away cot and sofa sleeper as needed, another full bath with a tub/shower combo, 3 TV's with cable and internet access, a full size washer and dryer, your own private balcony with comfortable seating, and cozy living area. Use the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and have a meal at the beautiful dining room table that seats 4.

Visit the fitness center and yoga area and then relax on one of the many loungers around the 2 community pools, and take a soak in the spa surrounded by palm trees. Take a trip to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's just a 5 minute walk away and cook your dinner on one of the 2 community gas grills. Have a glass of wine around the comfortable outdoor dining areas or seated around the gas fire pit patio. Or head out of your oasis to take advantage of the Biltmore/Arcadia city life just steps away. While it's nice to have your own transportation to go outside of the neighborhood, it is not necessary. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance and a nearby bus route. The condo also is equipped with an adult bicycle if you want to pedal the streets or scenic paths.

If you're a foodie, this is a great place for you because so many tasty restaurants are nearby. Experience the awesome patio dining of Hillstone, The Vig, Postino's, and Chelsea's Kitchen. Order at the counter at Z's Greek, or venture to try some vegetarian dining at The Vegan Loving Hut, the Green Vegetarian, and Nami. The options in the Biltmore/Arcadia area are expansive.

This vacation rental includes:
-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool and fitness center, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.

This unit is NOT pet friendly. You will be required to pay a $125 - $250 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $1000. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit.

The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. The cleaning fee and damage waiver are non-refundable.
