The women’s cross-country team finished 32nd in the national meeting that took place in Lawrence, Kan. on November 22.
Senior Chelsea Fullerton, who was running in her fourth and final national championship, finished 123rd with a time of 19 minutes and 35 seconds; her personal best time at nationals.
Fullerton said she felt pretty good. “I was a little fatigued for part of it, but was able to pick it back up at the end,” she said.
It was Ottawa's second national meeting in a row at the same location. Fullerton said she felt a lot better than last year. “I think I had a little bit more confidence than in years past,” Fullerton said.
